Fresh research coming from the Miguel Hernandez University (UMH) has observed that cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) are usually the “best” natural anti-oxidant. The research analyzed five anti-oxidant qualities, with cloves showing astounding results for each. Cloves are found primarily within cooking all over the world but found primarily in Indian cooking.
