Fresh research coming from the Miguel Hernandez University (UMH) has observed that cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) are usually the “best” natural anti-oxidant. The research analyzed five anti-oxidant qualities, with cloves showing astounding results for each. Cloves are found primarily within cooking all over the world but found primarily in Indian cooking. Cloves have also been employed for medicinal purposes, such as in Indian Ayurvedic remedies, Chinese medicine, and traditional western herbalism. In the field of dentistry, cloves are also employed as a painkiller.
